Shipping, Delivery & Pick Up
What is your shipping policy?
USA:
Orders $69+ will automatically receive free shipping at checkout. Orders under this amount will be charged $6.95 flat rate shipping.
If you order today, your items ship within 3 days. USA shipments typically take 2-6 business days to arrive once shipped (excluding HI and AK).
CANADA:
International shipments' cost and timeline vary by location and carrier. Carrier rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking will be provided by email once your order ships. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees collected upon delivery.
Failed deliveries:
We are not responsible for packages that fail to deliver due to incomplete address, missing apartment number, mail forwarding, incorrect address, improper parcel receptacle, etc. To make a second delivery attempt for returned packages, the customer will be responsible for paying a redelivery fee.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on USA orders over $69. Orders under this amount will be charged a flat rate of $6.95 at checkout.
We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $99.
International order shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International recipients are responsible for paying any additional taxes/duties upon delivery for their order.
Local Delivery - Toronto Only
Local delivery is only available in Toronto - 25km radius from our Toronto location.
You will receive a text from a member of the Scrub & Butter team to arrange a date/time for delivery.
This service is a $7CAD flat rate, and can be added as a shipping option during checkout.
What should I expect once my order has been placed?
Step 1) Place your order online. (An order confirmation email will be sent immediately.)
Step 2) Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.*
Step 3) Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is on its way to you.
Please be mindful: anything can happen and delivery may take longer than usual. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, contact us immediately.
*During periods of high demand, processing may take 4-6 business days.
How do I arrange an order pick up?
If you live in the GTA or Metro Atlanta, and would like to pick up your order, you will receive a text from a member of the Scrub & Butter team to arrange a date/time for pick up.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email notification with your Tracking Number. Please allow 3-7 days for processing on all orders. You will only receive a tracking number if you select a shipping option with a tracking number.
Having problems with your tracking number?
Sometimes it can take the carrier 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, email us at info@scrubandbutter.com, and we'll do our best to help sort things out.
Why hasn't my international item been delivered to me yet?
International orders must clear customs. Depending upon volumes at customs, delays may occur.
If you track your item online and the status shows that it is with customs, please note that we cannot intervene.
Your item will be delivered by the carrier promptly upon release.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the U.S. and Canada. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories.
Can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, email us at info@scrubandbutter.com ASAP.
Unfortunately, if you have already received a tracking number from us then no changes or updates can be made to your order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your refund policy?
For product safety reasons, all sales are final. More details about our refund policy can be found here.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact info@scrubandbutter.com immediately. We will do our best to evaluate and resolve the issue, ASAP.
What should I do if I received a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact info@scrubandbutter.com immediately. We will do our best to evaluate and resolve the issue, ASAP.
Melted shea butter does not qualify as damage, and therefore does not qualify for a product replacement. Upon notice of the damaged item, we will send out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit in the product amount only which may be used towards future shopping with us.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept many major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay.
Subscription Management
What is the SB Subscription Service?
The SB Subscription Service is an auto-reorder service.
This service allows you to opt-in to automatically receive your favorite Scrub & Butter product(s) as often as you'd like - without lifting a finger!
You'll also save %5 on each recurring order.
How does the SB Subscription Service work?
Step 1) Select your favorite product(s)*
Step 2) You will have the option to select one-time purchase or subscribe & save - click on subscribe & save.
Step 3) Decide how often you’d like to receive your product(s) - every month, 2 months, or 3 months.
Step 4) Click add to cart
That's it - you're done! You will be charged the same time of the month as you made your initial purchase.
*Subscriptions are only available on our full-size products, and select product bundles. Subscriptions are not available on any collaboration, or special edition products (ie. our candles).
When will my 5% discount be applied to my subscription?
Your 5% discount will be applied on your second order, and beyond.
How do I pause, skip or cancel my subscription?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order.
After creating a new store account, login and click "My Subscriptions". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, or cancel your subscription.
How do I update my payment information?
Login to your account and click "My Subscriptions". From there, select "Manage Subscription" on your active delivery. Click the "Update" button under the "Payment" section and update your preferred method of payment. Be sure to remove any old/outdated payment methods!
How can I check my order status?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order.
After creating a new store account, login. Once you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders and their fulfillment and tracking statuses.
