Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged product, or incorrect item please contact info@scrubandbutter.com immediately. We will do our best to evaluate and resolve the issue, ASAP.
Melted shea butter does not qualify as an issue or damage, and therefore does not qualify for a product replacement. Upon notice of the damaged item, we will send out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit in the product amount only which may be used towards future shopping with us.

Exchanges
You may exchange your item within 24hrs of your purchase (before it has been fulfilled and shipped). Please email us at info@scrubandbutter.com immediately, in order to exchange your item(s). Once your item(s) have been shipped, we can no longer offer an exchange.
